Available Friday, October 23 at Sports Card Heroes | Laurel, MD
The football season is cooking and the holidays are coming early — in the hobby, at least. 2026 Topps Holiday Football drops this Friday, October 23, putting the NFL’s biggest stars and most exciting 2026 rookies into festive seasonal frames with Chrome parallels, holiday short prints, and four themed inserts that make this one of the most fun rip products of the fall. It’s accessible, it’s loaded with rookie content, and it’s the perfect gateway product for NFL fans who want to get into collecting during the heart of the season. Available now.
What Is Topps Holiday Football?
Topps Holiday Football applies the same seasonal treatment to the NFL that has made Holiday Baseball a perennial fan favorite in the baseball hobby. The flagship football design gets dressed up in holiday-themed photo treatments and backs, Chrome parallels run throughout, and short print variations buried across the checklist give collectors real chase content in an otherwise approachable product. The 2026 edition features a 200-card base set covering all 32 NFL teams — 150 veterans and 50 rookies — with a matching Chrome set and Holiday Back and Holiday Spirit variation short prints scattered throughout.
The format is Mega Box only — 10 packs per box — which keeps the product retail-friendly and accessible for casual fans, gifts, and collectors who want to rip without making a major commitment. It is a pure fun rip product and it delivers exactly what it promises every single year.
A Stacked Roster From Top to Bottom
The checklist covers the full NFL landscape for the 2026 season. Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, CeeDee Lamb, Justin Jefferson, Saquon Barkley, and Derrick Henry all appear alongside today’s breakout stars. The rookie class adds Cam Ward, Ashton Jeanty, Tetairoa McMillan, Colston Loveland, Luther Burden III, Rome Odunze, Garrett Nussmeier, Carnell Tate, Makai Lemon, Jordyn Tyson, and Omar Cooper Jr. — 50 total rookie cards giving collectors strong first-year content throughout the box.
Holiday Spirit Variations are among the most chased short prints in the product — 40 veteran and 10 rookie Spirit Variations featuring a flannel holiday design that stands out immediately in any binder or slab stack. Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and key rookie names all appear in this short print tier, and these are the cards that will carry the most secondary market interest once collectors start opening boxes.
Holiday Back Variations add another layer of chase content for set builders and variation hunters, with short print alternate backs that complete the holiday experience for completionists working through the full checklist.
The Four Holiday Inserts — All Chase-Worthy
Deck the Fields is a 25-card insert featuring NFL stars in a stadium-meets-holiday design — Travis Kelce and other fan-favorites appear here in one of the more visually distinctive insert concepts of the product. Frozen Fields puts 25 players against a winter landscape backdrop in a clean, striking format. Hidden Elf returns as one of Holiday’s signature whimsical insert sets with 25 player-specific cards — Ashton Jeanty’s Hidden Elf entry is already generating collector interest. Snow Globe Moments captures 25 key in-season action shots in a snow globe design frame — the most creative and collectible concept in this year’s Holiday Football insert lineup, with Jaxon Smith-Njigba among the featured players.
All four inserts span veterans and rookies, giving collectors something to chase across every team and every collecting preference from the first pack opened.
Box Format Available
2026 Topps Holiday Football is a Mega Box exclusive — 10 packs per box — keeping this as a retail-first, fan-friendly product that works perfectly as a holiday gift, a break with friends, or a casual rip during a Sunday game. It’s the most accessible NFL card product of the fall and consistently one of the best value rips of the entire football calendar.
